After Receiving After unpacking, vigorously beat the pillow core for about 5 minutes to fully activate the filling. Allow 2 hours for the pillow to naturally regain its fluffiness.

Cleaning Both the covers and cores can be machine washed together or separately using mild detergent and a delicate cycle at 30°C (65°F - 85°F). Do not dry clean.

Drying Throw a sneaker or tennis ball (wrapped in a pillowcase) in the dryer to help the pillow retain its shape. Do not iron.
